That even though there is enough clay to make all the animals shown. The kit only includes online instructions for 1 item. You have to pay 99 cents each for any instruction yiu want. For 25.00 you think they could provide All online instructions free!

Yes, I was disappointed. I bought this clay kit as opposed to a much less expensive option available because I thought my kid would enjoy making the featured animals. Lo and behold, upon opening the box, there are no instructions but I'm supposed to download an app. Guess what, I am doing screen free child rearing here. How hard is it to print a little instructional booklet? I can't believe I paid for this.

My kids absolutely love that they can create different things and play with them after, once the clay has hardened. Once the clay has "hardened" it's still soft and squishy. It's nothing that we've had or played with before! This is my go to for birthday gift. Perfect for 4-8 year olds!

This has been our most loved air dry clay. Doesn’t smell! Decent amount of colors. My kids create the proposed figures and still have clay leftover for more fun. Dries quick and doesn’t leave your hands messy.

My kids really enjoy these kits. This is our second kit. The app and directions are perfect and easy for them to follow. My only complaint is that the dough was a bit dryer this time so harder to mold.

This is a really creative idea, our kids enjoyed it. Overall, the different animals you can make are great, but you can easily buy air clay for a fraction of the price and google a YouTube video for your child to follow along with.

We first used one of these during distance learning, a nice supplement to the three R's. The app was very helpful to learn clay techniques and at age 5 and 7 were able to make the characters. A couple of years later I got them each another set for Christmas and they were excited to get right to creating again!

My 6 year old son loves these kits. We just bought this one for my 11 year old nephew. They love making the animals in the kit but also will get creative in making in their own creations. The clay is great quality and lasts for a while once fully dried.

Yes, HEY CLAY is absolutely safe for children because it is non-toxic and certified according to the Toy Safety Standards and Directives.
It usually takes 24 hours for clay to completely harden, although the timing depends on the clay thickness and environmental conditions.
You can soften it by kneading it. This should help restore its pliability.
The characters look like they were made by a very talented artist. Is it really possible to create something similar?
If you add water to the clay, the color pigments may dissolve and leave stains, so we don't recommend it. However, such stains can be easily removed with a wet cloth.
