REFUND POLICY
If due to applicable law or due to this REFUND POLICY you are eligible for refund and you wish to claim such refund, this REFUND POLICY shall be applied.
You may return your order if you have such right under applicable law, and strictly subject to terms and conditions of such law and this REFUND POLICY.
You may cancel any of your order and return the items ordered, if all of the following conditions are met by you:
- You have notified us about your intention to cancel an order and return items ordered via email within 14 calendar days of receipt the items you are going to return unless other term has specified in applicable law;
- all items you are going to return and cancel are unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, with no damages;
- you have sent all items you are going to return to our correct address as set out below depending on the conditions of your original order;
- all returns have been accompanied by your dispatch confirmation email including your order reference number;
- you have paid for delivery of all returns and you must ensure that they will be delivered to us in protective packaging and in undamaged and original conditions.
To cancel an order just email us to: [email protected] and provide all details and information about an order you are going to cancel and items you are going to return. Depending on your location/situation we will provide you with instructions of how to cancel order and return the items, if you are eligible.

Payment can be refunded back ONLY in accordance with your original payment details you used to pay for the order.
We do not accept any items if you have not paid for their delivery to us.
Items should be returned to our warehouse with a carrier of your choice to:

We recommend to use a carrier who can give you a proof of posting, because of until the parcel is received by us it remains your responsibility and you bear all risks of losses of items you are returning.
Once the parcel has been received by us on the warehouse indicated above it will be checked whether it meets this Return Policy and all conditions set out herein. In case of all conditions are met, we will then offer a refund or replacement for this item, depending on your request.
If you request for refund is in compliance with this Refund Policy, all refunds will be made to the same payment method you used to pay for an order and purchase the items.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
Where an item(s) is damaged or returned otherwise than provided above in this Return Police, we reserve the right to refuse your claim for refund. You will be obliged to pay for delivering all rejected returns back to you. If you do not pay us or organize such delivery within 10 business days following our notice of refusing to accept any returns, all such items become our property with full rights and titles therein and thereto as a consideration for processing you inappropriate request for return.
Shipping costs you paid in connection with your original order are non-refundable. If you have been authorized for refund and the cost of your original order shipping and/or the cost of return shipping for any reason has been paid by us, we will deduct and withhold all of them from the amount of refund you are entitled.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
